Growing up in Vancouver and graduating from a highly sought-after French immersion high school, Stephanie has deep roots in this vibrant city. With over 12 years of experience working and studying in the downtown core, she is not only familiar with the area—she considers it home.

Spending nine years in the fitness industry, Stephanie transitioned from sales to becoming a top-producing personal trainer at a leading gym in Vancouver. Our team regularly participates in charity events with organizations such as Starlight Children’s Foundation to raise funds to provide relief for seriously ill children facing treatment by providing smiles, fun, laughter, and a welcome distraction at a time when children and their families need it most.

Some of our team are also ‘Big Brothers’ with the Urban Native Youth Association’s Big Brother program, which mentors youth to allow them to realize their strengths, and work towards their future goals.
We actively donate a portion of our income to the Children’s Miracle Network.
